Each ornament is made to order: production usually takes 1–3 business days, then US shipping usually takes 3–7 business days. For Christmas delivery, order by December 10.
Right now we ship to US addresses only, with free tracked shipping.
Because every ornament is personalized, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. If it arrives damaged or with a print defect, we’ll replace it for free.
